Position Overview

Wealth Alliance Group is seeking energetic, dependable, and professional individuals to join our WAGFest 2026 Event Staff Team.

WAGFest is a multi-day leadership, training, networking, and community event that brings together attendees, business professionals, families, sponsors, and partners from multiple states. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy teamwork, and are passionate about helping create memorable event experiences.

Event staff members will assist with the setup, execution, and overall attendee experience throughout WAGFest Week.

Work Dates

June 22–25, 2026

Multiple shifts and work areas available.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with event setup and breakdown

  • Managing guest check-in and registration areas

  • Supporting VIP guest experiences

  • Assisting vendors, sponsors, and activity stations

  • Organizing and distributing swag and event materials

  • Helping maintain event flow and attendee engagement

  • Providing excellent customer service to guests and attendees

  • Supporting event leadership and operations teams as needed

Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation required

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills preferred

  • Must be dependable, punctual, and professional

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed

  • Previous event, hospitality, customer service, or volunteer experience is a plus but not required

Open Interviews & Execution Meeting

June 3, 2026

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Additional event details, scheduling, expectations, and assignments will be discussed during the interview and execution meeting.
